Our Return/Exchange Policy
Here at Tiny Tots with Style we proudly stand behind our products, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns/exchange under the following conditions:
Returns/exchanges must occur within 30 days from the date of purchase in order to receive a full refund. Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or wash and all tags must be attached. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to the customer at customers expense and no refund will be issued.
Once we receive your item back in its original condition please allow us 7 busness days to process your return/exchange and issue a credit. We will post a refund to the credit card you used for the orginal purchase. If an exchange is warnted we will mail the correct item out at no additional charge.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Personalized items, and/or monogrammed items are final, unless there was an error made on our part. If so, the personalized item will be exchanged.
Return Instructions
When returning an item(s), please follow the steps below:
E-mail Tiny Tots with Style at info@tinytotswithstyle.com to obtain an Return Authorizatin (RA) number. A RA number with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) will be e-mailed to you. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without a RA number. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
We recommend sending your returns/exchange via a tracable service. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise durning the return shipping process.
